When
you are ready to send us your finished files, we
strongly recommend creating print-ready PDF files,
one for the text and another for the cover. Your
job will proceed far more smoothly and quickly.
You will also save money.
PDF
stands for Portable
Document Format,
a universal file format developed by Adobe that
preserves all the fonts, formatting, graphics and
color of any source document. It allows a file to
be read through the use of Acrobat Reader (a free
program available from Adobe) regardless of the
hardware or software platform on which the file
was created.
To
simplify our PDF Help area, we have created application
specific guides for you to download or to view in
a web browser. The guides will provide you with
all the information you require to prepare your
PDF files. Please select a program below for your
information.
View
these guides using Adobe's Acrobat Reader, which
can be downloaded for free if not already installed
on your computer.

Note:
If you are using Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Publisher,
or Microsoft Word, you may contact a Client
Service Representative for assistance when creating
PDFs.
